Legal

Privacy policy.

Last updated: 7 April 2026

This policy explains how Pixel Creative ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit pixelcreative.info, fill in our audit form, or become a client. We want this to be readable, not a wall of legalese, so we have kept it plain.

1. Who we are

Pixel Creative is a paid media agency managing Meta, Google, TikTok, X and LinkedIn advertising for small and medium businesses. For the purposes of the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, we are the data controller of the information we collect through this website. You can contact us at hey@pixelcreative.info.

2. What we collect

We only collect information you voluntarily give us or that is necessary to run this website.

Information you provide directly

Information collected automatically

We do not collect special category data (such as health, race, religion, or political views). Please do not send us any.

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

4. Who we share it with

We keep your data tight. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it. The only parties who may process your data on our behalf are carefully selected suppliers we need to run our business:

Every supplier is bound by a data processing agreement and only processes data on our instructions.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site uses a small number of cookies: those strictly necessary to make the website function, and (if analytics is loaded) a single aggregated analytics cookie that does not identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies on this website, and we do not retarget visitors to the marketing site itself. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first through a cookie banner.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email hey@pixelcreative.info. We will respond within 30 days.

8. How we keep it safe

We use HTTPS across the site, access controls on our tools, strong unique passwords with two-factor authentication, encrypted backups, and principle-of-least-privilege for team access. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously.

9. International transfers

Some of our suppliers are based outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where that is the case, we only work with providers who either operate under UK adequacy decisions or have appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) in place.

10. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please tell us first and we will do our best to fix it. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

11. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy materially, we will refresh the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify existing clients by email.
